RLS Custom Carpentry did a remodel at our residence the summer of 2018, which included reframing a number of exterior walls and adding shear panels as well as re-sheathing and repairing our roof. Due to the engineering specifications they also did substantial retro work under our house to secure it to the foundations. They build a new front and back porch, put new siding on the full exterior and replaced most of the windows in the house. All of the work was done with a high degree of skill and everything looked great and worked perfectly when they were finished.
