RLS Custom Carpentry did a remodel at our residence the summer of 2018, which included reframing a number of exterior walls and adding shear panels as well as re-sheathing and repairing our roof. Due to the engineering specifications they also did substantial retro work under our house to secure it to the foundations. They build a new front and back porch, put new siding on the full exterior and replaced most of the windows in the house. All of the work was done with a high degree of skill and everything looked great and worked perfectly when they were finished. Rob and his crew kept the project immaculate, which was important since we were living in our house during the construction. They picked up all of the materials and packed their tools every evening and swept the whole site. They were friendly with me and my family during the project and really listened to me when I had suggestions or opinions regarding parts of the project that were not fully specified.
